Shipping

Orders (excluding pre-orders) will ship out within 5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information from UPS (for domestic orders) or DHL (for international orders). If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact us at info@whatissndr.com

All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any fees related to customs, duties, or taxes in your given country.

Shipping fees cannot be calculated prior to order checkout. Any applicable fees will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and delivery is refused, we are unable to reimburse the customer for their order.
